Support by phone

To make the support service smooth, we wish that our customers would use the support number so that the calls can be routed to the right people and we can avoid queues. When it is necessary, the call may be forwarded to the person who knows the matter best.

Cost of the support by phone

The support number is a normal Finnish mobile number, so the call will cost the same as calling any other mobile phone number in Finland.

The support number is only for the customers with a maintenance contract.
